The project is a result of our own initiative and is based on our experience with our customers, their demands and needs regarding modern housing. The main idea behind our project is to provide and offer a reasonable priced, comfortable and functional space for living sutied for a family of 5. The energy efficiency of our unit is above average with the calculated natural gas consumption for heating and hot water is 2 022 m3 (19 600 kWh) per annuum , and total heat loss is 7 000 Watts. The main idea behind functionality is sufficient storage space and the possibility of choice between the sources and kind of heating, that is natural gas or solid fuels. Exactly for this reason there is a separate boiler/heating room on the main floor away from all living spaces, which enables the home to be heated with any kind of fuel without creating safety or maintenance/cleaning issues. Further more, the disposition of the main floor allows for a large and bright living room in two variations, directly communicating with the kitchen and dining area, and an outdoor terrace/patio as well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of handy storage space. There is an additional room on the main floor and a full bathroom with a toilet. The upper floor has three separate bedrooms, full bathroom and a closet. The attic above is fully accessible with a retractable staircase for additional storage space.
